A look back at Fall 2022
Happy 2023! It was a wonderful holiday season here at Whitetail Club, filled with family, friends, and fun memories.
With the holidays behind us and the incredible winter season ahead, we wanted to take a moment and share with you the remarkable fall season that we had.
We enjoyed the fall harvest with several culinary events and headed out to our championship golf course for the season's final round. We welcomed vintners from Washington State for an unforgettable winemaker’s dinner. And we ushered in the snow with outdoor events before ringing in the New Year. It was a season not to be missed.

As one of our highly anticipated culinary events of the fall season, our members trekked through a multi-course dinner spread across the Whitetail Club community to feast on decadent hors d'oeuvres, savory entrées, and incredible desserts at our Progressive Dinner.
Starting at the heart of our community, the clubhouse, our members "progressed" through this unique culinary experience.
As the trail deepened, so too did the flavors.
The change from crisp autumn days to brisk cool winters is always bittersweet.
After a staggering number of golf rounds and unforgettable tournaments throughout the summer and fall, our annual Fall Classic Tournament is a friendly competition that helps us close out the golf course for the season.
After a rousing 18-hole tournament, we reconvened at The Golf Grille to celebrate with cocktails and light appetizers for our final golf goodbyes until 2023.
With the overwhelming excitement of our last Members Only Cooking Class of 2022, we decided to venture into the Idaho wilderness.
We were on the hunt as Executive Chef Marcus held court with a three-course cooking class using the finest local Wild Game.
Our members perfected the fine art of Elk Tenderloin Tartare, Bison Bolognese, and Cherries Jubilee.
In November, the famed Shore Lodge Winemaker's Dinner featured the meticulous wines of DeLille Cellars.
Founded in 1992, this prestigious Washington State winery has created a classically structured varietal that would highlight the purity of high-quality grapes by blending a Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
Thirty-one years later, DeLille Cellars is known as a top American producer for their aromatic and excellent Bordeaux-style blends – and our members had the pleasure of savoring their esteemed wines accompanied by five subsequent courses crafted by our culinary team for a night to remember.
Hosted at Whitetail Club's Sledding Hill, our Sledding Party provided adrenaline-pumping, downhill thrills for our members!
Our culinary team ensured that all in attendance had the energy to sled all day by offering frothy hot chocolate, gooey s'mores, hearty soup, classic Hot Toddies for the adults, and hot dogs.
With the Argo towing everyone to the top, all everyone had to do was perfect their form for an unforgettable day on the sledding hill.
In the wintertime, our outdoor ice rink is where it's at, and went on the ice at our Rally At The Rink to celebrate the start of the snowy season.
Music, hot toddies, and fire pits kept us warm while not out on the ice.
Whitetail Club's food truck was on hand to serve a delicious lunch menu throughout the event.
We ended 2022 with a Disco Fever New Year's Eve Party hosted at the clubhouse.
Members and their guests brought back the glamour and flare of the disco era with sequin dresses, signature platform boots, and show-stopping moves for this totally chic celebration.
Featuring an elegant three-course meal, a live band, and a photo booth to capture this specular moment, we ushered in the New Year in style.
Adventures for our members are never-ending.
With over 70+ events happening throughout the year, we provide a full itinerary for a year of exclusive concerts, adrenaline-pumping excursions, and peaceful pursuits.
Situated within the hidden gem of McCall, Idaho, where backcountry adventures are plentiful, Whitetail Club provides our members with a unique list of hobbies.
Private aviation is popular amongst our membership and something that Rich Rogers and Don Jefferi sought when finding the perfect club for themselves.
