Happy Spring!
In keeping with the season of growth and change, we wanted to share with you our most recent construction update, highlighting some of the progress of key properties that will soon be move-in-ready. It has been a productive couple of months, and I hope you enjoy the details.
With the arrival of spring, we're preparing for all the activities we have in store for our membership and new developments underway within our community. With the opening of our championship golf course comes a full calendar of events filled with competitive tournaments and casual rounds on the green. And while we are all excited about the new spring season, we need to acknowledge the fantastic winter that was. It was a memorable snowy season filled with numerous activities at Whitetail Club. Our pursuits included worldly culinary events, magical winter thrills, and fun-filled family experiences. Read all about it in this edition of Replay.

Whitetail Club's Construction Update Spring '24
While the ski slopes were abuzz in McCall, so were the various construction projects. The cold weather didn’t stop builders, and plenty has been done since our last update in January.
As the final snow melts in McCall, the progress made over the winter becomes unveiled. Since the last construction update in January, 362 Sunshine Drive, a Bentgrass model from our Fairways Townhome collection, was sold, and 2014 Fox Fairway is currently under contract.
