A Wild Ride
Living at Whitetail Club offers more than stunning views of snowcapped mountains and glacier-carved Payette Lake; it also provides the unique opportunity to witness the local wildlife that have called this area home for centuries. This year, we kicked off our activities with an adventure like no other: our first-ever Elk Viewing Sleigh Ride. Whitetail Club members had the chance to get up close and personal with these majestic elk as they grazed from our hay bed seats. It was an adventure like never before.
Hit the Ice
Excitement buzzed as Whitetail Club families and their guests gathered at the ice rink for our Rally at the Rink event. Here for as long as Mother Nature permits, our junior members made the most of the open rink, enjoying a friendly game of hockey and skating. Parents mingled by the crackling bonfire, while the kiddos refueled their energy with casual light offerings from the food truck. It was yet another great day of getting outside to play.
Gourmet Trek
After a scenic snowshoe trek to our mountain-top Yurt, who wouldn’t want to enjoy a five-course meal under the stars? Our Yurt Dinner was a tremendous success last year, so we just had to bring it back! Bundled up in their warmest winter gear and fitted snowshoes, Whitetail Club members set off on a memorable excursion to the Yurt for a night filled with gourmet flavors and breathtaking views from the top of the world.
Winter's Wonders
Just like a Ferris wheel, the 2025 McCall Winter Carnival was a whirlwind of excitement. This year's theme, "Carnival in Paradise," inspired a vibrant celebration of winter life, showcasing local companies' creative interpretations of the concept. The action-packed weekend featured a full itinerary, including the famed Mardi Gras Parade, a life-size sculpture exhibit, a fireworks closing ceremony, a torchlight parade, a live outdoor concert, and so much more! Winter in McCall is always so magical.
Mystery on the Menu
The secret is out! Our Underground Dinner appeared and vanished in the blink of an eye. The thrill of an unknown curated menu and top-secret location has made this one of our most sought-after culinary events. Whitetail Club members enjoyed a lavish three-course upscale dining experience that's now just a memory. Until it returns again with a new location and menu..
Bon Appetit
Members donned their aprons and gathered in the kitchen at the Lake House under the guidance of our Executive Chef for an engaging cooking experience at our popular Members Only Cooking event. This particular class was extra special, as we celebrated one of our member's birthdays by crafting a curated menu featuring all his favorite dishes. Surrounded by close friends, he enjoyed an evening of expertly prepared cuisine, culminating in a memorable birthday dinner.
