Stephen Green, a LEED Accredited Architect Professional, skillfully navigated the nuances of both, creating a harmonious blend that resonates with today's homeowners when developing the 'Highland' model.
With an impressive portfolio that spans across China, Belize, Costa Rica, Mexico, Indonesia, Fiji, and high-end residential projects in Idaho and Hawaii, Green's innovative and sustainable design approach is particularly evident in the 'Highland' model. This design not only reflects a keen understanding of practicality and lifestyle needs but also showcases a high degree of creativity. It’s the perfect balance of form and functionality, all while elevating your living experience in the mountains.
I envisioned a custom home that doesn't exactly fit the mold of a contemporary or mountain-modern design. Instead, I wanted to offer a home that feels a bit more current yet still has all the elements that make it feel like the perfect sanctuary.
Utilizing strategically selected White Oak Wood from the scenic landscapes of Wisconsin, Green's vision of developing a uniquely modern cabin that required less maintenance and would withstand the natural elements of the Pacific Northwest came to life.
The interior space of this design was outlined in one linear circulation, organizing the storage room to be located on the backside of the property. Hence, all living spaces maximize the scenic landscapes that Whitetail Club has to offer.
While the entire conceptualization of this design has been thoroughly thought out, each of our Design Build Collection homes features modifiable floor plans and interior finishes, allowing you to streamline the design stage and, most importantly, add your personal touch to the design and make the home yours.
Typically, during the product designing phase, buyers want to make modifications to the plan, and that's fine. To ensure that the same integrity remains from the initial sketch, our team conducts several studies in 3D, showing the different individual design looks that will fulfill buyer's expectations and safety.
